Operation Instructions:

1. Plug in the unit and turn it on
2. Allow it to reach operating temperature
3. Aim at the work area (keep moving—don’t concentrate heat in one spot)
4. Perform heating task (heat-shrink, reflow solder, etc.)
5. Turn off and unplug after use
6. Allow sufficient cooling time before handling or storing

Basic Solder Rework:

• Move the nozzle in slow circular motions over the component
• Avoid holding heat in one place
• Solder should begin to reflow in approximately 30–45 seconds

• Nozzle gets extremely hot (~250°C) — avoid contact
• Do not leave unattended while powered on
• Keep away from water and flammable materials
